Replacement filter arrived w/Duraflow Industries contact information enclosed, to contact them if there was a problem or issue with their product. There was. Filter did not fit air cleaner, even though product discription listed filter as a proper replacement for this particular air cleaner by model #. E-mailed Duraflow (Filter Everything), the problem, immediately receiving a response. After discussing issue, Duraflow manufactured a replacement aluminum mesh filter specifically for our air cleaner plus updated their records as to size requirements of this model. HIGHLY recommend purchasing products from Duraflow Industries.
Their filters are high quality. These are washable and reusable, so I’m saving money by using them. Their customer service is really good too which means a lot to me when I’ve had questions about the products. If you want quality and want to save money, give Duraflow Industries a shot.
